Create your first project
In the dashboard, "New project" → a name (e.g. "Client site – Redesign").

Take your first note
On the page, the Kalinotes icon → project, title, category, memo. Point to the element: screenshot and URL saved automatically.
💡 This is the key moment: once the first note is taken, everything becomes obvious.

Invite your client
From the project, "Manage access" → invite by email in read-only. They follow along without installing anything.
